Hi, I’m looking for a tidy, sociable and professional housemate to move into a ground floor 2 bedroom apartment which I’m renting. Enviably the terrace overlooking Midsummer Common and the river is a great place to spend the evening and weekends. The apartment has a large open plan living room with open-plan kitchen with all white goods, a utility room with both washing machine and dryer, 3 piece bathroom, separate wet room with shower and second toilet, a beautiful terrace overlooking Midsummer Common and the river. The apartment is fully furnished. I’m quite the foodie, so I look to cook a lot and share meals when possible. Large double with built-in wardrobes. The second bedroom is a smaller double with wardrobe, shelving and cupboard in hallway (offered at lesser rent - negotiable).
