Double room in friendly postgrad house

Hello, we are two PhD and one Masters students looking for a 4th housemate to take the downstairs room in the house. It's a double and comes with a bed, desk, and cupboard storage, and has a window facing the garden. We like to keep the house clean and tidy so would prefer someone who has lived in flatshares before - NO CAMBRIDGE UNDERGRADS PLEASE! The house is right in the centre of town and walking distance to the new museums site, Sainsbury's, the backs etc... We have a lush garden that gets the sun all day and space for parking at the back. Available 20th August, bills are around £60 a month.

We are all social people and would like someone who will hang out with us and participate in house activities and dinners. Our hobbies include volleyball, arts and crafts (we have friends round for knitting/painting evenings), music (one of us is a DJ), pubs and general outdoor fun.

Only accepting PhD/MRes students for council tax reasons and would prefer someone of a similar age (25 +). No undergrads. We are also LGBT+ friendly and would prefer another fem/non-binary housemate as we are all women. Absolutely NO homophobes, transphobes, zios or tories thanks xx
