Spacious Double Ensuite bedroom in family home

We are a small, friendly family living in central Cambridge — just a 5-minute walk from Cambridge train station, shops, restaurants, and close to several Cambridge Colleges.

We have a large double bedroom with a private ensuite shower room available in the basement of our home. The room offers plenty of privacy, and you’ll also have access to a washing machine located in the basement.

The house is shared by myself and my 19-year-old son. We’re looking for a quiet, respectful female lodger to join our household.

You’ll have full access to our spacious, well-equipped kitchen and are welcome to enjoy the garden. The living room is also available for your use when we’re not using it.

Additional features include off-road bike storage and on-street parking.
