Weekday (Monday to Friday) only lodgers sought for 1 top floor newly decorated and furnished room in 5 bed house with live-in landlady, 2 other lodgers and small dog. Sunday evening arrival welcomed. Some personal items may be left over the weekend.
Would suit a contractor or person wanting to avoid a long commute but who has another home to return to at the weekends. No WFH please. Bed linen provided. Shared shower room next to bedroom. Bills are included. On street parking is restricted between 9.30-3pm or needs a resident permit at lodger’s expense.
Shared kitchen - separate storage and fridge for lodgers. Lovely garden.
One son (23) is usually resident and other adult children visit very occasionally during the week. Family bathroom shared by 2 lodgers on first floor. Very close to Science Park and City with secure bike storage.
