Double room in friendly, central house

A good-sized, furnished, double room is available in a very central house. The room gets morning sun and has a double bed, built in wardrobe, chest of drawers, small bookcase, chair, a desk is available too.

The house is in a great location in a quiet street off Mill Road, close to the train station and the very centre of town.

The house has an open-plan kitchen/ dining room, living room, bathroom with bath and shower, 2 toilets. It has a back garden with apple trees. We also have a spooky cellar :) There is very good broadband and secure bike storage.

There are 3 of us in the house currently, 1 female in her 20’s is working, another is a student, I’m super old and work as a psychotherapist for one of the Cambridge colleges. We also have a cat who is friendly, especially when she’s hungry.

We’re friendly and keep the house clean and tidy. We do our own thing but have organised the occasional board games night.

Rent includes all bills.
