The house has a spacious and fully equipped kitchen/dining area, 2 shower rooms (You would only share with 1 other person), studio/office area, garden and parking just outside the house. When fully occupied the house has 4 tenants( 2 male and 1 female).

The room is furnished with double ottoman bed, big wardrobe, chest of drawers, side cabinet and desk and will be suitable for quite, clean tidy single professionals, post-docs, researchers and similar.
