Furnished double room near central Cambridge

We're renting out a fully-furnished double room in our lovely Edwardian terrace, conveniently located less than 1 mile from Adenbrookes and a 10 minute cycle from Cambridge central station, close to Cherry Hinton Park.

We would also rent the room out from Mon-Fri for £700.

The house share will be with me and my partner: two professionals in our late 20s. It's ideal for a professional working in the hospital or city.

The bright and spacious bedroom has it's own shower and sink, a double bed, plenty of storage and a desk.

There are two other toilets in the house, as well as a shared living room, open plan kitchen, study and garden. The kitchen has a washing machine, dish washer, tumble dryer, as well as a huge American fridge-freezer. There is a bike shed in the front garden.

We have a professional cleaner for shared spaces.

All bills and taxes and included in the rent, including high-speed WiFi.
