We have a room available in our welcoming home while our current housemates/very good friends are away doing PhD research:

Room is available for rent for short periods of maximum 3 months.

Double Room

• Spacious with a large desk – ideal for studying or working from home

Small Single Room
• Includes a single bed
• Cosy space (please note: no room for a desk)

• City centre – 14 mins
• Bus stop – 5 mins
• Train station – 25 mins

We like to keep the house clean and comfortable with a weekly cleaning rota. We all do once a week cleaning but…If you're busy during your turn or cleaning it’s not your thing… no problema! you can arrange a cleaner instead.🙂

We’re a friendly, respectful household looking for someone who is tidy, responsible, and easy-going. We enjoy socialising now and then, but also value personal space.

🚭 Smoking is allowed outside the house only (no smoking/vaping indoors due to very strict contract )

No couples – sorry!
