The house is located in a quiet cul de sac just off Queen Edith’s Way (Almoners’ Avenue, CB1 8NZ) offering quick access to local shops, gym, Addenbrooke’s Hospital (5 mins by bike), Railway Station(10 mins by bike) and City Centre (15 mins by bike).
The house comprises:
Bright Entrance Hall leading to Large Kitchen, Dining/Living room. Ground floor cloakroom with toilet and basin.
A shared bathroom with shower over the bath, toilet and basin is located on the first floor. A separate room is used as spare room for everyone.
Both rooms have: double bed with mattress, Wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and chair.
The extra large room has a sofa as well.
High Speed Wifi in the house.
Outside:
Front and rear gardens. Front garden has long driveway for up to 2 cars. On-street parking spaces are available in this area.
The current tenants are all female working professionals. They are all very nice and friendly.
The rent is £720-£750 per calendar month for single occupancy only. The deposit is one month’s rent.
