The house is situated in a cul-de-sac of another no through road. It is 12/15 minute walk to Addenbrookes/ Bio Med campus. 20 minute walk to Central or South Station. The Junction venue and cinema adjacent is a 12 minute walk.

My wife and I live in the rest of the house and we are looking for a tidy and respectful person.

If renting for less than a month the rent is £500 per week.
