There are a good range of eateries, pubs and local shopping facilities in the immediate area, as well as plenty of open spaces nearby. Cambridge’s City Centre is a short stroll away and provides a combination of ancient and modern buildings, colleges, winding lanes and extensive shopping facilities.

The house has gas central heating and the kitchen is fitted with electric hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, etc.
Each room has good size wardrobe, comfortable bed, desk, chair, etc. The ensuite room has its own private toilet.

All bills are included in the rent, including Wifi, gas, electricity, water and council tax.
