We are looking for a new housemate to take over a lovely double room in our house! 🏡

We are all working professionals working in & around the city and are looking for a friendly & sociable housemate to join 😊 We enjoy trips to the pub, and the occasional movie night when we're all around 🧚

Professionals & PhD students both welcome 📚

We are located just a 2 minute walk from the main train station and the local supermarkets (Sainsbury's, M&S, Tesco). We're also super close to lots of pubs and restaurants and located just off Mill Road.

We are a ~10 minute cycle /~ 20 minute walk into the city centre, and we are also about a 10 minute walk to the closest gym :)

Bedroom - Furnished room at the front of the property on the ground floor which includes bed, mattress, side table, desk with chair & wardrobe.

Property facilities consist of:

- One bathroom with shower over bath

- Good sized rear patio

Your rent includes:
- Cleaner every two weeks (communal areas only)
