A well-maintained and peaceful houseshare in central Cambridge is offering a fully furnished double room, ideal for a mature and considerate professional.

The house is shared with five friendly housemates (currently two women and three men), with a balanced and respectful atmosphere, two in their 50s and three in their 30s. We value a calm, clean, and comfortable living environment.

The property is spacious, tidy, and includes a garden, with excellent shared facilities: three toilets, two showers, and one bath. It is ideally located near Midsummer Common and the river, providing both convenience and a pleasant natural setting.

Rent includes all bills, Wi-Fi, and a weekly professional cleaning service. Permit parking is available.

This is a non-smoking, vegetarian household (no meat or fish permitted in the house). We are seeking a like-minded housemate aged 30 or above. Unfortunately, this room is not suitable for undergraduate students.
