Two rooms - City Centre near ARU

Hi there,

We have two rooms becoming available in our townhouse in the city centre. One is a cosy single room, available from 1st October (possibly a little earlier). The other is a double-sized room with a single bed and a large desk, available from 1 September.

The location is excellent, with plenty of supermarkets, restaurants, shops and gyms nearby. It's also within easy walking distance of the train station and university buildings.

We are a professional couple who enjoy cycling, gardening and discussing life, politics and whatever else comes up. We are particularly open to interns and visiting researchers and have always enjoyed hosting people from abroad.

The overall atmosphere is relaxed, friendly, tidy-ish and respectful. Everyone has their own space, but we're always up for a chat in the kitchen or a cycle ride at the weekend.
