Large, bright double room available from 1 October in a 3-bed flat in central Cambridge, near the Grafton/Burleigh Street area.

You’ll be living with two women aged 27/28, both working professionals. We’re looking for another woman, ideally 25–35, who is friendly, tidy and looking for a relaxed, comfortable home.

The room is officially unfurnished, although most of the furniture shown can remain if wanted. The chair, full-length mirror, bedside table and shoe rack are mine, but I’m open to selling these to the incoming tenant if useful.

Rent: £653 pcm. Bills are not included and are split equally between the three housemates, including Council Tax (Band C) and standard household utilities.

This is a formal change of sharer on the existing tenancy, subject to the usual landlord/letting-agent checks and approval.

Great central location, within easy walking/cycling distance of the city centre, shops, cafés and amenities.
