I'm looking for a friendly, considerate person to share and enjoy my house for the next year or longer, but would consider a shorter let if we feel like a good fit.

I'm pretty easygoing, but I would expect you to clean up properly after yourself in the bathroom and kitchen.

I'm semi-retired but work as an exam invigilator from time-to-time. This is my family home and occasionally my children visit, but more often I go to visit them.

I'm love river swimming, hiking, gardening, camping, being in nature generally. I sing in a Barbershop choir.

There's a studio room in the garden, little used, o if you're a musician, you'd be welcome to use it.
