Hi, we're looking for a new person to join our lovely home in the centre of Cambridge, from 1 November.

We're a group of three female professionals working in the museums, teaching and data sectors. We keep regular hours, with some wfh and enjoy having a calm and welcoming home to relax in.

We're looking for a working professional - preferably female - with a similar routine, who values their home and plans to stay for a while (at least one year). We enjoy taking care of the house and garden and are looking for a clean, tidy housemate. We like to be free to do our own thing but we also want a friendly household that enjoys casual socialising over dinner/g&t/tv.

THE HOUSE:
The house in an unbeatable location, right in the heart of Cambridge with everything on our doorstep, combined with the luxury of living on a super quiet residential street. If you're looking for a proper house, this is the perfect place! We know we're really lucky to have found this house and we want our new housemate to feel the same way. The rent is good simply because we have a nice landlord!

The room is on the third floor in the converted attic. It's bright, spacious and furnished with a double bed, desk, dresser, built-in wardrobe, and shelving.

The house has a large open-plan, fully-equipped kitchen and dining room (oven, dishwasher, big fridge-freezer, microwave, washing machine, and dryer) so it's great for cooking and entertaining. There's a separate lounge giving everyone plenty of space to co-exist. The bathroom has a bath and shower and we have a beautiful garden with a large garden room/shed.

The monthly rent of £526 includes a £58/month contribution towards utility bills (gas, electricity, water, internet and TV). This does not include Council Tax (Band F) which is currently £89/month over 10 months. The deposit is £425.

We arrange all the viewings etc. but the property is managed through an agency. They will require references and run the usual credit and employment checks.
