A lovely single room in a large Victorian house just off Mill Road next to the railway bridge.

It's a four-bedroom house with one bedroom available. This bedroom is at the back of the house, overlooking the back garden. It's got an in built original fireplace (decoration only), a single bed, a set of drawers, and the cupboard. The room is an average size for a single.

Upstairs in the house are the four bedrooms and a shower room with a loo. Downstairs are a living room, a dining room, a kitchen and a bathroom with an over-the-bath shower and the second WC. There is a gated side passageway into the back garden from the front of the house, which is useful for bringing bikes in.

The house was completely refurbished in the summer of 2018 and is still in very good condition. We've chosen housemates carefully to find good people who look after the house well.

The current housemates are in this mould and a friendly bunch. They will choose the new housemate.
Demand is typically high so don't hang around and please pay attention to the advert re no undergraduate students, no couples and a minimum 6-month stay. It's a very nice house so normally people stay much longer than 6 months.

Bills, including council tax, Wi-Fi (full fibre to the house), gas, electricity and water, are all included. There is no TV licence.
