We have a lovely, partly furnished single room available in a cosy 3-bedroom house, just off Mill Road in Cambridge.

The room comes with a single bed, a desk and two built-in wardrobes, offering plenty of storage space. The furniture can also be removed if you prefer to bring your own, so you can make the room feel like your own space!

The house has a comfortable shared living room, a spacious kitchen, a bathroom and a lovely back garden – perfect for relaxing when the weather is nice!

You'll be sharing with two friendly female working professionals in their 30s. We enjoy a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere and like to keep our home clean, tidy and comfortable for everyone.

We're looking for someone friendly, respectful, tidy and easy-going, who is happy to share a home and respect each other's personal space. We enjoy a friendly chat but also appreciate having our own time and privacy.
