Double Room with Private Bathroom

I am moving out and looking for someone to replace my renting in this lovely apartment. It is located in the city centre, a 2-mins walk from the Grafton centre and 5-mins from some great restaurants on Mill Road. It’s fully furnished to a high standard with double glazed windows, underfloor heating, bike shed and car parking space.

The double room available is bright and spacious: double bed, desk, chest of drawers and a large wardrobe with mirrors. Plus, you will have your own private bathroom and entrance to the house. This will be your private portion of the house!

You’ll share the kitchen and living room, which are modern spaces.

My housemate, Roberta, would like to find someone sociable, tidy and clean, who can enjoy an occasional meal together. You will share the housekeeping duties.

The bills (including council tax) range from £150-250 per month depending on the time of year.
