Double room in lovely house next to train station

Hi!

My current housemate is leaving in two months so I am looking for someone to take her room. The property is a two bedroom lovely house with a shared living room, a kitchen and dining room. There is also a garden with a little patio. Both bedrooms are on the second floor, along with a shared bathroom. The room can fit a double bed, but my current housemate will take the bed, frame and desk to her new place, so the room will unfortunately come unfurnished :(
Because of the council tax exemption I would prefer a student (masters or phd), but feel free to contact me anyway if interested!
