The room is for 1 person only.
There is 1 showeroom and 1 bathroom shared between a total of 3 people.

In the shared kitchen you will share a refrigerator and freezer, plus have kitchen cabinets for personal use.

Weekly cleaning is included for common areas.

Fibre broadband Wi-fi included.
Bills included, but subject to a monthly limit for energy and water bills.

The housemates are from the UK, Hong Kong and China. They all work in research, scientific or technical professions.

We have storage for bicycles and other items in the garage.

Utility room has separate washing machine and dryer. Kitchen has dish washer and smart TV.
Viewings can be arranged for evenings and weekends.
