Hello everyone,

I am letting out two double-rooms in my only Victorian home and garden, fully furnished and equipped, with all bills (including council tax, band D). No WFH, I'm afraid.

My home is a great option for design-minded individuals seeking a unique place to live. I am a female, freelance, architect, born in Chile, whom grew up in the UK from the age of three. I studied at Cambridge and UCL. I speak English, Spanish and French.

I am hoping to take a sabbatical in Spain, next year so I am hoping to find two, exceptional, responsible, trustworthy, super-clean and tidy professionals to be the guardians of my home whilst I am abroad.

• Room 1 the rear, garden-facing, room at £1000 pcm is now rented from 16.12.25 to a 26 year old, male, postdoc in Biophysics working at a start-up.

• Room 2 the front-facing room is available from 1st December at 1700 / 5 pm onwards.

Mill Street is a typical, quaint, Cambridge-street, with chimney pots, sash windows and bicycles. The house is a 19th century, Victorian, mid-terrace, with open, light-filled spaces, high ceilings and original features.

- No WFH, I'm afraid between Monday to Friday 0900-1730.
