Architects home | 2 double rooms | bills inc !

Hello everyone,

I am letting out two double-rooms in my only Victorian home and garden, fully furnished and equipped, with all bills (including council tax, band D).

I'm afraid there's no Working From Home between Monday to Friday 09:00-17:30. So it would be better suited to working professionals, unless as a student you are at your department, laboratory or library during the working day.

My home is a great option for friendly, super clean, tidy, responsible and design-minded folk seeking a unique place to live.

I am a female, freelance, architect, born in Chile, who grew up in the UK from the age of three. I studied at Cambridge and UCL. I speak English, Spanish and French.

• Room 1, the rear, garden-facing is AVAILABLE from 2nd August at 17:00 - 5th September at 10:00. Then is TAKEN from 5th onwards long term.

• Room 2 the front-facing room is available from 2nd August at 17:00 to 4th October at 10:00. Then available long term from 13th December at 17:00.

I can offer a weekly let via Airbnb for August only for both rooms if needed.

Mill Street is a typical, quaint, Cambridge-street, with chimney pots, sash windows and bicycles. The house is a 19th century, Victorian, mid-terrace, with open, light-filled spaces, high ceilings and original features.
