Friendly Quiet Respectful Shared House.

We have one room available, single occupancy, no couples.

The rooms come with bed, wardrobe, desk and chest of draws.

The property is newly decorated and boasts a new kitchen and shower room.

The property has a two washrooms, one with shower over bath, one a thermostatically controlled shower. Kitchen is also a good size, allowing all tenants to have their own ample storage space. There is a gas oven, fridge, freezer, washing machine, microwave and kettle. You will have your own allocated storage space There is a lovely, sunny garden.

The property is in a great location. The center of Cambridge is within cycling/walking distance. There are supermarkets close by. You will be sharing the kitchen/lounge area and bathroom with others, quiet and considerate tenants. These areas must be kept tidy for the cleaner to visit once a week.

The rent is inclusive of all bills including fast wireless internet. While I can't offer off street parking there is on road parking (no charges).
