Large, clean, comfortable townhouse with large kitchen in a safe, quiet area, 10min cycle from the centre of town and very close to the river and large Tesco. Amazing cleaners come every 2 weeks.

All bedrooms are furnished with bed, bedside table, desk, chair and large built-in wardrobes. Rent includes all bills and is counted monthly from your move in date. One month’s rent as security deposit, returned upon vacation of the room in satisfactory condition. Notice period for moving out is 1 month.

Seeking professional lodgers, who do not work from home, for tenancies of 6 months or more. Shorter lets considered, with small surcharge. Rooms are single occupancy.

Please note this is a professional house share, not a social one. Everyone is pretty quiet, and so are the neighbours. No parties.

I have a very small dog (poodle), whom you may encounter in the kitchen/stairs, but usually stays with me.
