Room for rent in two bedroom house and a bonus study. This is a buddy up house not a room by room rent. It's £595 rent +bills brings it to £780 a month.

The study room has a futon in it and on occasions is used for guests but otherwise it is free to be used as a private study or extra space to use as you desire.

There is a spacious garden with a small vegetable patch and a patio for BBQ's and chilling out in the sun. There is off-street parking. A shared living room, shower, kitchen and utilities room with washing machine. The bedroom is unfurnished. The study only has a futon in it.

Easy cycling distance from the hospital or the city centre. Walking distance to superstore, takeaways and pubs. On the bus route. Excellent internet connection.

One existing housemate. I enjoy photography, arts and crafts, reading and attempting to see what food I can grow (I am learning.... slowly). I have an allotment nearby, for anyone who likes to grow. I enjoy cooking vegi food. I’m relaxed and like to do my own thing but also enjoy social evenings with a glass of wine, a takeaway or watching a film..

I have a very sweet cat named Kita. And occasionally a very friendly doggie named Tiffin comes to visit.
