A house in a quiet road in cherry Hinton so fantastic access to ARM ( just over the road ) and to the hospital ( 10 min bike ride)

Solo occupancy only so only 1 person per so no couples and no sharing sorry it just makes the house way to busy

It’s has 2 bathrooms with large shower , toilet and sinks

Kitchen with fridges, freezers , washing machine, microwave, toaster and kettle

It’s close to a huge Tesco’s and then local shops which include bakery , small Tesco’s , Chinese , Indian, chip shop and Domino’s plus others

All the rooms will have double beds , wardrobes , drawers and desks with chairs

Garden area , parking and bike racks

Cleaner will come once a week to do communal areas
