A lovely single room for SHORT TERM rent (max. 1 month) in spacious 3-bedroom house in a quiet residential area. The location is very convenient, especially for professionals working around the Addenbrooke’s hospital area and on the bus route for the Babraham Institute (about 25min away). It could also work for short work contracts or longer holidays in Cambridge. The hospital is within about 5-min walking distance, but it also shouldn’t take you more than 20min on foot to reach the train station and 30min to the city centre.

The room itself is newly-renovated, furnished with a single bed, re-painted, has spacious clothing cabinet with a view onto the street (please see photos – all taken this month). There is a huge shared living room downstairs and an access to a spacious garden and the shed where we keep our bikes. The house has all the amenities you could ever need: fully equipped kitchen with cleaning and cooking appliances, a washing machine, etc. Fast broadband Internet connection is included within the room price. We could also organise a spare bike for you for an agreed price if needed.

You would share the house with a couple multilingual professionals (male and female) enjoying their busy careers, but who pay close attention to cleanliness and healthy lifestyle. We see ourselves as very open and friendly people and we want you to feel literally “at home” here. Currently we are looking to rent the room a month.
