PLEASE NOTE WE WILL BE STRATING A LOFT CONVERSION ON THIS HOUSE IN THE NEXT FEW MONTHS SO THERE WILL BE TEMPORARY DISRUPTION DUTING THE DAY AS BUILDING WORK COMMENCES. BUILD WILL TAKE APPROX 6 MONTHS

The house has a great location in Chesterton:

Science Park - 1.1 miles
Cambridge North Railway Station – 1.4 miles
City Centre – 1.8 miles (via bike paths)
Addenbrooke's Hospital and Biomedical Campus – 4 miles (via bike paths)
ARM Ltd – 4.2 miles

It’s just by the River Cam and there’s two great pubs, as well as takeaways and shops. There’s also a Tesco Express very nearby and a big Tesco a short walk away on the other side of the river.

You’d be sharing with a nice bunch. We preferably let to professionals, mostly in their mid-twenties, who are good and considerate housemates. It is not a bedsit arrangement – there’s no locks on doors or sinks in rooms. This is a nice, friendly shared house where everyone gets on well.

All the rooms will be furnished with a bed, wardrobe and desk if required. There is off-road car parking at the front of the house and lots of secure bike parking. Included in your rent are all bills, council tax, Superfast 900mbps WiFi, TV license, weekly cleaning of the common rooms and a monthly gardening service. So, you’ve got no costs other than your rent.

A bit about you:
Please only send us a message if you’re a professional non-smoker and are ready to move on or around the dates shown and stay for a minimum six months (preferably a year). The rooms are only available to singles, we can’t let to a couple as maximum occupancy for the house is six.

A bit about us:
We are a married couple - Ed and Vicky. Ed runs a building company and we manage 4 similar shared houses around the City. We don't use lettings agents, so we've no fees and you can always contact one of us directly. We've been letting houses in Cambridge for nearly 10 years so have loads of experience of what works well.
