Double room in lovely home with garden, quiet area

Double bed

The double room looks over the garden in my spacious, light filled house, in a quiet road close to Cambridge North station, the Cam River and Bramblefields nature reserve. Provided are: double room with view of garden, double bed, desk, drawers, cupboard, bed and bath linen. Also toilet paper, cleaning & clothes washing materials. Primary use of one of two main bathrooms, that house guests also use, plus shared use of additional single toilet. Shared use of living space: living room, kitchen, utility area with washing machine, tumble dryer; conservatory-studio, garden, log cabin. You have a shelf in each of: fridge, freezer, kitchen cupboard and book case. Parking space is available for: your car at front, for your bike in the shed; both spaces are shared.
You are the only lodger. Occasionally one of my two adult kids visits for a couple of days and guests stay in the garden Log Cabin. Santi Santorini is my sweet cat, so you like cats, want to live in a home with a cat and have no allergy. If you play piano, you may enjoy playing mine.
AS I work from home with clients in my small consulting room upstairs, in my office area downstairs and teaching yoga 2-3 classes per week, I seek someone who works away from home at least 4/5 days per week. I prepare my own meals, occasionally we may be sociable eg eating our meal, watching TV or being in the garden, though I hope neither of us feel obliged to do this.
I welcome a person who is friendly, mature and calm; who enjoys being house proud and caring for a nice home, cat feeding and garden watering when necessary; taking responsibility to clean own room and bathroom/s, assisting with keeping shared living areas tidy and clean and the house secure.
