Double room in lovely home with garden, quiet area

Double bed

The double room looks over the garden in my spacious, light filled house, in a quiet road close to Cambridge North station, the Cam River and Bramblefields nature reserve. Provided are: double bed with drawers under, desk, cupboard and drawers, bed and bath linen. You will have primary one of the two bathrooms, which house guests also use, plus the additional single toilet is shared use. Shared use of living spaces: sitting room, kitchen, conservatory, utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, garden. You will have a space in each of: the fridge, the freezer, kitchen cupboards and book case. Parking space is available: for your car at the front and in the bicycle shed, both spaces are shared.
You are the only lodger. Occasionally one of my two adult kids visits for a couple of days and guests stay in the garden Log Cabin. Santi Santorini is my sweet cat, so you want to live in a home with a cat and may enjoy playing the piano.
I work from home seeing clients in my office area and small consulting room, I teach yoga 2 classes per week. I prepare my own meals, occasionally we may be sociable eg eating together, watching TV, or being in the garden, though I hope neither of us feel obliged to do this.
I welcome a person who is friendly, mature and calm. With other tendencies too: being house proud and caring for a nice home, cat feeding and garden watering when necessary; taking responsibility to clean own room and bathroom/s, assisting with keeping shared living areas tidy and clean.
