The round table seats four and can be extended. All freshly painted and gleaming new, with wood laminate floor. One wall is clear and white, for projecting films, and a shelf opposite holds the projector.

Kitchen decorated to high standard with quartz worktop, dishwasher, freezer, two fridges, gas hob, electric oven and masses of cupboard space. Everything brand new. It’s a delightful L-shape, opening into the spacious lounge and eating area.

Bathroom on 1st floor with new shower unit, basin, toilet and heated towel rail. The shower is shared between all four housemates, while two other toilet-ensuite rooms mean the bathroom is spacious and uncrowded. Airing cupboard holds new washing machine and combi boiler, and cleaning materials.

Delightful patio, now planted up with flowers, with honeysuckle climbing over the back. Leafy trees give welcome shade in summer, and privacy from towpath and river, and yet very light too. Step out through the French windows onto the patio, or come in through the back gate from the river.
