The property is just off the main road and is quiet at night. The room in the house has a big wardrobe, a chest of drawers, and a bedside table.

Ground floor: There is a hallway, fully-equipped kitchen, a dining room/living room, and a toilet, as well as a bike shed.

Garden: the garden is shared with other residents and is large and peaceful.

First floor: There are two double bedrooms with a shared bathroom shared with one other person (bath + shower + toilet).

The location is close to the centre: less than 10 minutes to drive, 30 minutes to walk, 10 minutes to cycle, and 15 minutes by bus. The river and several rowing clubs are nearby. Tesco express is a 1-minute walk away, and the Tesco Superstore and Aldi are a 15-minute walk away.

About us: I am a live in landlord, but my current lodgers and I are friends and get on well. We are looking for an easy-going, respectful, and tidy person to share the home with. We like to cook and enjoy going out for drinks and occasionally nights out. As housemates, we watch movies and tv shows together, play several board games and host social evenings.
