Seeking housemates in Cambridge!
Short version, one of my current housemates has found a new job so we are having to cut our current lease short. I'd like to stay in the house, so seeking 2 more housemates for the new year!
About the house:
- 4 bedrooms, shared bathroom, one double room, one single room, one single en suite. Unfurnished
- Rent is currently approx £550/month plus council tax + utilities. We have previously split the rent so that the single room without bathroom pays slightly less, but to be negotiated with new tenants
- Location west Chesterton, CB4
- Council tax band D (I think...)
Move in would be from 18th February 2025, 12 month tenancy.
Ideal housemates: clean and reasonably quiet! Ideally young professional women (~22-30), no students.
About me, if you want to know: went to uni in Cambridge and stayed after graduating, I work a very boring office job in Histon, row and craft in my spare time, and enjoy being outside.
