Double room on Milton road

I have a spare double room in a fully furnished house off Milton Road with a lovely garden, near the Cambridge North train station and the science park. The room is available from March for 3-6 months for a lodger, all bills included in the rent including high speed broadband and off road parking. In the floor plan attached below, this is bedroom 2 and bedroom 3 is a study which is also available if you regularly work at home. Note that furniture has changed slightly since these photos were taken, but I will give you a video tour of the house as a first step.

The house will be shared with me. I grew up in Scotland and I've worked as an engineer in Cambridge for the last 10 years. I work hybrid and spend most of my evenings training. I am easygoing and friendly and am looking for a lodger who will take good care of the house. We'll be sharing the open plan downstairs so I'd appreciate someone tidy, considerate, and friendly.
