Double room in quiet ground floor 2 bed Chesterton

I’m subletting a double room in a ground floor flat in Chesterton - looking for a flatmate who would be sharing with me between now and the end of August, with potential to extend the contract if all goes well.

The flat has an open plan dining room/living room kitchen, equipped with dishwasher, washer/dryer, oven, microwave and kettle. There is one shared bathroom with a shower over a bath. Living room has two sofas and a dining table.

The building has a large communal garden with picnic tables, and friendly neighbours, including a nice existing community here. The flat has wheelchair access, although the bathroom is not fully adapted.

Rent is £750 per month, plus roughly £130 in bills - (Council tax band C, £50 electric, £12.50 wifi) We have high speed fibre WiFi.

I’m a 28yo professional, I like film, crafts, music and looking for someone friendly to share with, and hopefully occasionally hang out in the evenings. I am a wheelchair user, so would like someone who is accepting of this. I also am LGBT, so would like potential flatmate to be okay with this too, and would have a preference for other LGBT flatmates. I am coeliac and pescetarian, but happy for anyone veggie/vegan/meat eater to live here. I prioritise cleanliness and a calm living environment. I'm someone who prefers a quiet night in over partying.
