Friendly, clean 4-bedroom female shared house in CB4, Chesterton. Close to amenities and public transport.

I am a current tenant and will be moving out; I am looking for someone to replace me. Move-in available from 15th July, ideally by 1st August.

We are a friendly household and are looking for a tidy, respectful and easy-going housemate.

The room is a furnished single bedroom located on the second floor. It includes a bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, desk and chair with a lamp, and a whiteboard for notes or planning. There is also shelving next to the desk and plenty of space under the bed for any additional storage.

The house has two floors: upstairs there are three bedrooms and a bathroom. Downstairs there is one bedroom, a living room with sofas and a dining table, a kitchen and a back garden. There is also space to store a bike at the back of the house.

Rent is £390 + Bills (approximately £120 max per month for water, internet, and electricity; the last one varies).

Deposit is £500
