Cosy room for single occupancy near City Centre

A room for a single occupancy in a 3-bedroom house will become available in July.

We are two female professionals in our late 30s-40s looking for another clean and quiet professional for a long-term stay. We'd prefer a female housemate.

The house is located near Victoria Road, about a 10-minute walk from the city centre. A private parking space is available, as well as a bike shed.

The room is fully furnished and comes with a small double bed, a chest of drawers, shelves, and a built-in wardrobe. The shared areas include a spacious kitchen, living room, bathroom and additional toilet.

The rent is £460 per month, not including the bills. The bills (internet, council tax (band D) water, and energy) come up to around £120-150 per person per month in total.

The house is managed by an agency, so references and proof of full-time employment are required. A deposit is also required.

Since we sign the contract as one house, it’s important for us to meet the potential housemates and see if it feels like a good fit - and of course this works both ways. For this reason, please write something about you.
