Double room to let

We have a lovely double room available from the 19th August.
The room is on the second floor of the house with long views of the garden and Cambridge rooftops. The house has a large garden with a BBQ and sun loungers and 1 off street car parking space, shared on a first come first serve basis between 2 cars. The city centre is a 10 min cycle away and there is dry bicycle storage.
There is one bathroom shared between the tenants, a large kitchen, and spacious living/dining room. The room will come unfurnished except for 1 double mattress, which can be kept or removed as required.
