Premium large double en-suite room available in a friendly female young professional house share in Chesterton 20-25min walk into Cambridge city centre :))

Hi everyone! We’re looking for someone to join our friendly house share of female young professionals from August 1st!

The Room:
Fully furnished large room with a double bed, mattress, bedside table, large walk in wardrobe and large en-suite.

The House:
Modern newly renovated townhouse, living room with tv and table for shared meals and movie nights, fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a garden. Parking available for bikes and permit free off road parking in Chesterton too. A bus stop right outside the street.

You’ll be sharing with 2 super friendly and female housemate in their mid twenties. While we lead independent lives for the most part, we love to do runs together, watch series and movies, dinners together and use our garden and living room for get-to-togethers! We would love our new housemate to join in too.

The Location:
Just off Chesterton High Street in a small private road with a lovely community feel. The neighbourhood is super lovely and filled with kind people with whom we share a group chat. There’s a Little Tesco 2min walk, Tesco Extra a 10min walk, Cambridge North Station 10min walk, river access and cute independent cafes 5mins away!

Looking for:
Someone clean, sociable, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces.
Preferably a young female in there mid to late twenties, early thirties!
No couples or undergrad students.

Price: £900 without bills (roughly £150 per month which includes bills, WiFi and council tax), so £1050 in total per month.

The furniture in the picture is the current lodgers which she owns, there will be new furniture when someone new moves in.
