A large Double bedroom in North Cambridge, within a 5min cycle of the Science Park and Cambridge North Station. You‘ll be sharing with 3 others: Nikki (a mechanical engineer), Georgia (an electrical engineer) and Joanna (a journalist) who are all in their late 20s. It’s a fairly sociable house but each have their own interests- its typical for some of the housemates to sit together and watch a Netflix series once a week, as well as the occasional games and party night for all involved. Price for the room is £775/month including all bills, which is paid to the lead tenant (Nikki). Communal features include a large lounge, shower, two toilets, (combined with the shower upstairs). Additional features include off street parking, secure bike garage, large patio, 2 sofas & a TV. I would like to leave all the furniture in the room for the price of £250 (desk, cupboard, chest of drawers, bedside table and high quality mattress less than a year old). I work away quite a bit so please message me to arrange a viewing time on the following dates (inclusive): Wednesday 24th June, Tuesday 30th - Thursday 2nd July and Wednesday 8th - Monday 13th July. The new tenant will ideally move in from Wednesday 22nd July.
