A large double room will become available in our 3-bedroom house in October.
The current housemates are two female professionals in our 20s-30s looking for another clean and quiet professional for a long-term stay. We'd prefer a female housemate.
The house is located near Victoria Road, about a 10-minute walk from the city centre. A private parking space is available, as well as a bike shed.
The room is fully furnished and comes with a large double bed, a desk, chest of drawers, shelves, and a built-in wardrobe. The shared areas include a spacious kitchen, living room, bathroom and additional toilet.
The rent is £520 per month, not including the bills. The bills (internet, council tax (band D) water, and energy) come up to around £120-150 per person per month in total.
The house is managed by an agency, so references and proof of full-time employment are required. A deposit is also required.
