I’m away for all of December 2026 and am looking for someone to sublet my home on Springfield Road, Cambridge.
The whole cottage is available, with one bedroom and furnishings throughout. Ideally I’d like someone for the full month, but I’m happy to consider shorter stays within December.
It could suit someone visiting Cambridge, working here temporarily or needing a place between moves.
- Rent: £1,600 for the full month, including bills
- Shorter stays: pro-rata rent
- Deposit: one week’s rent
This is my own home, so I’m looking for someone considerate who will take good care of it while I’m away.
