LARGE, bright, single room available in friendly, shared house, sharing with the house-owner. Therefore a proper profile of yourself would be much appreciated with details of your profession, age, interests etc included.

There is also a visiting cat, so prospective lodger must be happy with, and tolerant of, cats.

Suitable for an office-based professional FEMALE ONLY working 9am to 5pm. (No home working).

The house is in a quiet road 10 minutes walk from the Science Park on the Milton Road. Local transport is very good. The no. 2 bus goes to the City center and through to Addenbrooke's Hospital. The guided bus goes up to St Ives and Huntingdon. Also Cambridge North railway station is only 10 minutes walk away. We are 15 minutes cycle ride into Cambridge City center. There are grocery shops, take-aways and pubs all nearby.

The room has a large built-in wardrobe, extra hanging space, large and small chests of drawers, a full-length mirror and a desk.

The shared space includes the bathroom and large kitchen with all facilities and a dining area. There is also bike storage space outside.
