There is also a visiting cat, so prospective lodger must be happy with, and tolerant of, cats.

The house is in a quiet road 10 minutes walk from the Science Park on the Milton Road. Local transport is very good.

The guided bus goes up to St Ives and Huntingdon. Also Cambridge North railway station is only 10 minutes walk away and goes to the City Centre and Cambridge South for the Biomedical Campus and Addenbrooke's Hospital.

We are 15 minutes cycle ride into Cambridge City center. There are grocery shops, take-aways and pubs all nearby.

The room has a built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers, a full-length mirror and a table with a lamp.

The shared space includes the bathroom and large kitchen with all facilities and a dining area. There is also bike storage space outside.
