Lovely room in peaceful location

Light and airy double room furnished with single bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table. Nice outlook in peaceful part of the village of Comberton, just six miles from Cambridge. It's a lovely house with open plan living area, two bathrooms and a garage. I own the house and am a teacher in Cambridge, so term times are busy. I am a committed Christian and attend church each Sunday. Am flexible on length of stay and can offer Mon to Fri at a reduced rent. One month trial period. One month's notice. References required from current landlord and employer or other suitable person. Would best suit someone who doesn't have a lot of possessions as storage is limited. Short term lets welcome. There's plenty of on street parking and space for a bike in the garage. Off road cycle way takes you safely into Cambridge. There's a limited bus service. I am friendly and helpful and like to keep the house clean and tidy. Council tax included as with other bills.
