Lovely room in peaceful location

Light and airy double room furnished with single bed, spacious wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table. Nice outlook in peaceful part of the village of Comberton, just west of Cambridge. It's a lovely house with open plan living area, two bathrooms (one with a walk in shower) and a garage. I own the house and am a teacher in Cambridge, so term times are busy. Am flexible on length of stay and can offer Mon to Fri only at a reduced rent. References required from current landlord and employer or other suitable person. Short term lets welcome. There's plenty of on street parking and space for a bike in the garage. Off road cycle way takes you safely into Cambridge. There's a day time bus service Monday to Saturday. I am friendly and helpful and like to keep the house clean and tidy. Council tax included as with other bills. Cleaner included. FEMALES PLEASE
