Double room in self contained annexe

This is a bit different as it was a grandparents annexe built integral to our home so is part of, but separate from, in that it has its own open plan kitchen/diner/lounge bedroom conservatory and bathroom. It’s suitable for couples and disabled persons as it’s all on one level. We are an active pensioner couple with two small dogs. We have been successfully letting it as short term holiday accommodation for the past 20 years but are now looking for longer term lodgers. If you are interested you need to know that a car is probably an essential as Crowland is a small town partway between Peterborough and Spalding with just an hourly bus into both those places. If driving it’s just 15 /20 mins from both. All bills are included including council tax .
