I have a furnished double room available in a warm and bright 4 bed house in Eaton Socon. It has a single bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, bedside cabinet and a little sofa. The rest of the house is shared; kitchen/dining area, bathroom and garden with patio
The house is in a quiet cul-de-sac with no through traffic and has green space at the front. There is street parking available.
It's close to good bus routes to Cambridge, Bedford and surrounding areas, 20 minute walk into town. Regular trains to London and Peterborough from St Neots station (10 min drive). There is also a shop, pubs and chippy nearby.
I have a cat, Lulu who is very friendly
