Male or Females welcome who are comfortable in a house with 1 Landlord living in, rarely home. There will be 2 persons only that are invited to rent a rom each in the 3 bedroom house.

Single occupancy (one person per room). If you want a double occupancy please ask. Quiet location for professional for short term or max one year rental.

(Students are welcome but you must pay the 1 month deposit and 1 months rent. You will then pay your rent on the last day of the month to cover the following month - making this clear for those who need to know.)

There is a Possibility for ONE PERSON to rent top floor which consists of two rooms for a minimum of 3 months Maximum 12 months.

Landlord rarely lives in as working away weekdays. There will be an Upstairs Toilet with Bathroom for use by Lodgers.

Communal area with kitchen/diner available.

Bills included.

Use of broadband and Boosters for wifi access only. No telephone internet VOIP access available. Council Tax Band B.
Smart Meter Electricity.

Washing/Dryer machine to be available at a cost of £15 pcm as it is a leased item
