House overlooks large green, no houses on opposite side of road.

Rent is for single occupation. An occasional overnight adult guest would be acceptable but occupancy legislation prevents us letting this room to a live-in couple.

There are three toilets one on each floor. House is shared by maximum 4 people so bathrooms are only shared with one other person.

No deposit required only a holding deposit to show commitment.

No fees.

Flexible terms offered if you do not want a 6 month minimum contract period extended on a month by month basis we can accommodate shorter stays on request however one calendar month's notice is always required.

Smoking and vaping strictly outside only.

Minimum applicant age accepted is 23 years.
