It is a First floor room with a single bed with a wardrobe, bedside cabinet, and two chests of drawers with a light carpet floor. It also has a nice window with a white venetian blind.
All bills are included and we have a good, fast Vodaphone internet.
Opposite your room is a bathroom (shared with only one person with a bath and shower together with a toilet.
We have another bathroom downstairs.
The room has just been furnished and is available on 1st January – 2026.
We have off-road parking or you can park on our driveway and secure bike storage.
We live in a nice, clean, modern, detached house in Ely and are looking for a clean and tidy person, who is a none smoker, to rent our single room.
We are looking for £600.00 per month with a £500.00 Deposit.
